Received a nice compliment this morning.
I'd mentioned that for the past few weeks I've been using a set of 5-lb. weights
with my workouts, and only recently have I been able to keep
the "Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots"
mode engaged throughout the entire workout.
Apparently, it's already starting to pay off I was told some added definition is
already visible.
That's a great thing, because R-S-R always kicks my A-S-S.
