2012.03.19Jenn's Low-Carb Lasagne

I've been doing Atkins since January. A friend of mine was kind enough to forward me this recipe:
1/2Cricotta cheese
1/2Clow-carb spaghetti sauce
1ozshredded Italian blend cheese
  chicken breast, cooked and pulled
  Italian sausage, browned and cut up
  

Place pulled chicken and sausage in the bottom of a single-serve, oven-proof dish. Smear ricotta over the meat; top with tomato sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until warmed and browned. Approx. 9 carbs, given spaghetti sauce with 4 net carbs per 1/2 C.
